This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. If the price of the service exceeds the one of the voucher, it must be completed by another method of payment. However, if the price of the service is less than the sum on the voucher, the hotel will not refund the difference. Vouchers are non-extendable.
